Very easy and very close to the Terminal, we arrived and parked up without any hassle (the barrier recognised our pre-booked number plate). At the end of our trip we were soon back at the car ready to make our journey home. Toilets were a great bonus!

This car park is certainly very handy for the airport. On arrival I think the signage could be a little more helpful - we almost went into the adjacent hotel car park. On reaching the barrier our number plate wasn't recognised; the attendant said that this often happens and not to worry about it. The car park was almost full and we had to park a long way from the entrance and then walk back to get the transfer bus. It's not a massive car park so that wasn't too bad. The transfers to and from all went very well. My car was covered with all sorts of crud from the adjacent trees when I picked it up, which was a bit annoying. The price was reasonable so I would use Flightpath again - just park closer to the entrance and away from the trees!

Very good all round parking and transfer to and from airport. I will use this company again next time.

I put the postcode in, and it took me straight there. I must admit it was a bit strange going around the back of the hotel, but once over the bridge ,I was greeted by my name on screen at the barrier. Very reassuring. I had no problems finding a space. And only had to wait 5 minutes until the bus took us to terminal 3. I will be using again. Mr Lee

If the sign said 'Joe's Parking' instead of NCP we wouldn't have looked twice. Parking on an abandoned lot, waiting ages for a shuttle (in both directions)- if the prices were any higher I would have logged a complaint. Park here by all means, but don't be fooled into thinking that you'll make it to/from the airport in less than at least 30 min.

Located very close to the airport. Automatic plate recognition on arrival. Despite being very early in the morning going out and arriving late in the evening the staff were very helpfull on both occasions. Transfer to the airport and back took no longer then 10 minutes including waiting time. Would definitely use again.

Car park itself ok, seems odd driving round a single lane behind a hotel then over a small bridge. But your basically already in the airport grounds and the buses are really frequent. So no further exposure to the horrendous West London traffic. I did not have my card that I purchased the booking with though had my email. The office staff there were really polite and helpful and sorted this out quickly. Will definitely use again, a lot quicker and less stressful than my previous dealings with "deep mauve" people.

Bigger signs to the carpark, we entered the hotel carpark by mistake. The bus was very frequent and the drivers were very helpful,not far from Terminal. Would use this service again

Easy to locate off the M25 after using street view on Google Maps which I recommend users do in advance. Parking surface rough but for the price and proximity to M25/M4 and airport no worries at all. Bus transfer excellent. Staff friendly. Great experience!

Considering the location, this was good value for money. We phoned the company on our return and only had to wait a few minutes before a bus turned up. We will recommend your company to family and friend and we will use you again.

Arrived at the car park at 5;45am and a courtesy bus was just about to leave. I stopped him to ask if I could park anywhere and he directed me to a space and said he'd hang on if I wasn't long (which I wasn't!). Dropped at the terminal which was no more than 5 minutes away. Lost my ticket whilst being away and asked at the desk what I should do (expecting a bill). No problem, as I booked online the barrier recognised my plate. Phew! The way to the car park is literally at the left hand side of the Hotel as if you are going to the tradesman's entrance (or should I say tradespeople(:)Definitely use next time at Heathrow

Nothing bad, great service. Only slight negative is state of car after being parked on edge of car park for two weeks under a tree.

The parking lot was originally a little difficult to find. Had to make a few turn-arounds but got there eventually. Parking lot had many lights, arrived early morning and returned in the afternoon. Bus was waiting and left right away to take us to the terminal. Waited about 10 minutes to be picked up at bus stop 5. Forgot to validate my ticket before we went to leave but the worker helped us right away. I like that you get to keep your keys, unlike others in the area where you have to leave them behind. Would use again.

Don't be put off by the sign that says "Park Inn, Deliveries". Follow it and you will get to the bridge that leads into the NCP car park. Drivers and kiosk staff are attentive and courteous.

Excellent car parking facilities. Very close to departure and very prompt service. Great value for money , would use again in future. Excellent all round service .

Easy to find. Bus on returning was a little longer than 15 minutes. Easy to use.

It was good experience. No need to leave Keys and transfers were smooth. Approach road is narrow though (looks like a one way road).

Quick , easy and excellent value for money, will definitely use again .

I can't thank the staff enough. My car wouldn't start and I was given a push start.
