Very easy to access and park, transfer bus at the park already to get on and go. Return bus from the terminal was a little slower but all round good parking experience and i would certainly use again.

Easy to book, and not too pricey. Close to Heathrow, easy to find and park and courtesy bus convenient. Would recommend.

Great online price for Heathrow. Make sure you've got directions to hand as it's tucked behind a hotel and it feels like you're going down a hotel service road. Make sure you don't make my mistake and book one day short as we flew back overnight - adding the extra day when you arrive back was expensive!

As a parking service for the airport it worked just as advertised. The staff were polite and helpful. My mistake was to park under a tree that housed birds that, over the space of a week, rendered my windscreen totally opaque, and took some 5 mins to clean with an ice scraper.

Flightpath directions very straight forward and carpark easy to find. Number plate recognition at ticket barrier greeted us by name. Transfer bus waiting for us on arrival with clear instructions given for our return transfer (ie which bus stop for pick-up).Return bus driver asked where we were parked and dropped us at car.

I try to use this car park when ever I use Heathrow Airport. They are always very competitive and their service are always great. It makes the whole process so simple to use from entering the car park to getting off at your terminal and vice versa . Their coaches are always lurking round the corner. Hardly ever had to wait long. They are very efficient & value for money. Highly recommended.

The place is very close to T1 & T3. The only issue is locating it, the GPS takes to a place few 100 yards away and given it is major junction with few round about around - one must be careful. The worst is if you accidentally miss it, you will end up in the airport terminal and round back to your desired location will take good 20 minutes. The web booking receipt direction says the Park Hotel will be on the left, true for people coming from M4 but in reality finally the hotel will be on the right !! Suggest to place a sign at the Park hotel area. Overall experience is excellent and recommend.

No fuss, easy to park. Little waiting time to Terminal 3. On return again little waiting time and quick and easy. Will use again

Good and convenient service. Last time I parked here I left my car window open and on my return five days later, found that member of staff had taped a plastic cover over it to prevent rain damage!

Transfer time takes only 5 minutes, very close to all terminals. Recommended

I had a flat battery when I returned late at night. The staff were unable to help as they no longer provide assistance such as a jump start. I had to call the AA. Staff were polite and probably couldn't provide the help I needed, but it was very disappointing and frustrating.

Car was locked up safe in a well lit compound quick and regular service to and from terminals. on return tranfer driver was very friendly and would definately use ncp carpark again and will recommend to others Thank you for trouble free experience

NCP Flightpath is very close to Terminal 1 and the frequent transfer by bus makes it extremely convenient. It is the only car park I ever use when flying from Terminal 1 at Heathrow and I travel knowing my car is safe and secure. Also it is not expensive in comparison to other airport parking which is surprising as it must be the nearest car park. I highly recommend using this car park.

The car park is tucked away behind a hotel but is easily found. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes and drops you off very close to the entrance to terminal 1. Excellent value for money.

Everything went smoothly, I would thoroughly recommend this car park to anyone. We will certainly use them again

My parking at Heathrow was easy and straight forward. The staff were helpful and the bus journey was prompt and quick. Will definitely be using this service again.

Easy to find ,close to terminals,plenty of spaces,not too large a site,bus waiting when we arrived.Very efficient car number plate recognition .Pleasing to have a 3 hour window before arrival and departure.Only gripe we had to wait 20 minutes for bus to arrive to take us back to our car.Would use again.

The only issue we had was when we got back the pre paid ticket did not work and the machine asked us to pay a totally different amount we then had to wait for this to get sorted, slowing an otherwise fast an easy service down slightly.
