Easy to find a space, stress free transfer and prompt pickup. Secure facility and excellent customer service

Convenient and tom tom satnav took us direct to car park despite being tucked away behind the Park Inn Hotel which could be tricky to find. Need to turn into the hotel as if going there. Then you see the signs for the car park. Shuttle bus good and pick up from same place as drop off which is nice to know on your return. Will use again.

Shuttle service was punctual and efficient. Better directions and more signage would be a great help to locate the car park.

Car parking facilities were fine there is however one point that we did have a problem with. We arrived back in the dark and missed the turning from the car park back onto the A4 to take us to the M4. It could do with being better signposted from the car park as we found it difficult to get back on the road we wanted.

car park needs re-surfacing. good directions to car park, far more difficult to avoid delays at junction with main road on leaving. we would use this car park again, good value for money

No problems with online booking, very easy to locate, cheap, convenient, efficient. I like the fact that you keep the car keys with you & that also makes the process easier & quicker as there's no waiting to register your car in, it's just like a normal car park with a ticket. The transfer buses are frequent & quick. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Will definitely recommend.

Well signed with good directions on line. Cheap and very close to terminals with frequent and quick shuttle buses.

Staff are helpful. Only downside is that the bus does not stop at Departure Hall at Terminal 1. This is not good for disabled traveler.

The transfers took a while. I was waiting about 30-40 minutes in the afternoon. Car park is a little hard to find via GPS

This car park is very close to T1/T3 at Heathrow, without the hassle of long transfers. Much cheaper than the officail airport parking. The Bus driver was very friendly and took time to show me how to get back into the M4 from the car park.

Very basic set up of open air car park and portacabin reception, round the back of hotel. I struggled to find it! But transfers were efficient both ways,and not too far away.

the site is easy to find, the online booking was simple and efective, the transfer coaches were quick and i didnt have a wait on either journey. my only niggle is that an elderly couple with big cases were struggling to get on the bus and the driver never lifted a finger to help. i helped them get their cases on the bus and off again. apart from that the parking service was excellent.

Great Service. Easy to book, easy to find and punctual shuttle busses as promised. Friendly and helpful staff too. Very close to the airport too so after a long journey to Heathrow, we were parked up and dropped off within 15 minutes of arriving at NCP Flightpath. Would definately recomment and use again ourselves. Thank you.

Car park surface basic but I was departing from terminal 4 driver very helpful explained exactly how to get from 3 to 4, on return at terminal 3 picked up in less than 4 mins, number plate recognition let me straight out. Will use again like to keep my car keys

Good value but the location is not easy to find without previous research.

The car park is near the tunnel but finding it is difficult because it is at the end of a narrow track at the side of the hotel. Following the written instructions, you turn off into the hotel area but then see lots of NCP signs for the hotel car park which is confusing. The one sign for Flightpath is so poorly positioned that you only see it when you are two feet away. This approach is also cluttered with taxis and other vehicles. We waited 25 minutes at the pick up stop for the transfer bus, twice the advertised wait.

The site is a bit pokey and could be better signposted when you arrive at the Park Inn, but in general, good value for money

Second time I've used them, and all good and positive again. Only issue is the lack of trolleys for luggage, so if you're travelling with a large amount of luggage, you have to drag each and every item from your car to the bus without luggage trolleys. Other than that I'm pretty happy and intend to use them again in the future, God willing.
