Good facilities, secure and easy to find as it's right on the A4. I was disappointed with the waiting time for pickup on return however- we waited about 25 minutes until we were picked up, and there was another couple there who had already waited half an hour before we arrived!

Service was punctual en route to heathrow and all worked well. However on the way back we had to wait for 40 minutes for the mini bus to turn up then it took half an hour to get back to the car park as it picked up various passengers from other terminals. Not whats needed after a tiring long haul flight!.

So handy for the airport and a prompt and swift service. Upon arrival however, we were met by the most surly woman who seemed to go out her way to be unhelpful. Not appreciated after a 6 hour overnight drive form Cornwall. Return experience was much better.

Well it would have been fine if it wasn't for the exceptionally rude woman on reception when dropping off. I will try another car park next time as a result of the initial impression I was given. Other than that it was fairly organised and reasonable.

We have used QAP several times now and have always been satisfied by the service. A minor criticism of the service this time was the 35 minute wait to be picked up at the terminal when we arrived back.

Booking in on arrival was quick and easy, as was transfer to Terminal 3. On return the wait for the coach was quite short and the recovery of my car was efficient.

From beginning to end Quality Airport Parking offered an efficient and effective service. Clear directions given on booking site to help us find it; no confusion on arrival re booking-we were all parked up within minutes; prompt shuttle to the airport terminal, and were offered help getting bags onto shuttle bus trailer. On return, three weeks later-called number we were given and phone was answered immediately (even at 5:30 am), waited only 10mins for shuttle bus to return us to our car, got the keys back immediately. Absolutely no problems with car at all, which had been well looked after. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

We have used Quality Airport Parking a lot over the last few years, however the service this past 12 months has not been as efficient as it was. Last week we used it for T3 and we had to wait 20 mins before departing from the car park and we waited 25 mins at T3 to be collected, resulting in us phoning again to find out if any transport was collecting us. If this inefficient service continues we will consider parking with another company.

Was well impressed, although I turned into Premier Inn to start with, and Bus stop 5 at terminal 3 wasn't well obvious, but perhaps I was tired, no complaints, would use it again

The customer service I recieved was good. All on time and polite staff. On my return the A4 was closed outside of quality parking and I had to walk for 10 mins with my cases back to the carpark. It may have been possible to have some assitance or a plan for the next time this happens?

My only concern in otherwise a very efficient and well run operation is that I waited a while on the bus for it to depart the parking depot - longer than the time advertised. Otherwise excellent Thank you and well done.

Two points: 1. Please be consistent in your terminology. You have a "Booking Reference" on the first page, and yet under Departure Procedure, you refer to a "Voucher Number". Is this the same thing? If so, please tidy up your documentation. 2. In the documentation, under Departure Procedure, it says: "Upon your return, call 0208 990 1302 when you have cleared customs...." I tried to call this number after clearing customs, but it did not work. I thought, maybe the area is screened to prevent calls, so I tried again in the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 4. Still it did not work. Then I went out to the stop I had used a week earlier, and still could not get a signal. I asked around other passengers who were waiting, and no one seemed to know anything. I asked other parking bus drivers, but they knew nothing. I tried to find an official to do with parking, went back into the Arrivals Lounge to try and find an Information Point, etc. and got nowhere. I then looked through your documentation and found the number of Essential Travel, 0845 291 3358. I called them and they said I had got the wrong number, and should have been using 0208 7549 222. In the end, they told me to hold on the line, while they called 0208 7549 222, and then they said "all's well, a bus is on its way". After that, everything went well again. 3. Why don't you include the Bus Stop Details for Terminals 1,2,3,4,5 on your documentation. After all, you are always using the same stops, aren't you? It would be so much easier to have in writing "T4 Arrivals Level, Stop 19 or Stop 27 or Stop 29", or whatever it was. 4. The driver told me, afterwards, that there was a different phone number on the coloured card voucher. I had not made the connection, since as far as I was concerned, I had paper E-Tickets for the Airline flights, paper Booking Confirmation for my hotels, paper E-Tickets for your parking, etc. I had been on a long-haul trip from Mexico City via Amsterdam, and really did not need this hassle and delay what with the jet lag, and a total journey time door to door of 26 hours. A great shame, really, since your parking facilities, procedures, etc. are first-rate. It was such a shame that the final part was needlessly stressful; and, as the afternoon rush hour on the M25/M3 was approaching, I REALLY wanted to get away before it - every 10 minutes delay in departing can add 20 minutes to the total journey as the afternoon wears on. Go on - prove to me that you listen to customer feedback!

On returning to Heathrow was initially asked for booking ref, when I couldnt find it, my car reg was acceptable. Car reg is much easier!

Facilities very food. Transfers quick and easy. Only small concern was that we had to load and take off our own bags on the return transfer. Otherwise, an excellent service. And would use again.
