Apart from an initial struggle to find the parking lot it was 'n painless and pleasant experience. The drivers were punctual and friendly, and it was easy to arrange for a pick up after landing.

An early morning start and no problem with arrival, despite not having printed info. Parked car and had to wait about 5 mins for the transfer. Straightforward. On return, rang once in baggage hall and followed signs for bus stop - again easy to find and only waited a couple of minutes before being collected. Would recommend.

Convenient and easy to find and transfer was quick. The pick up was really slow - we waited around half an hour to be collected which wasn't great on a cool Sunday night

Pleasant experience,but easy to miss car park entrance, but once inside, well surfaced site,secure and well lit.Prompt transfer to Terminal and also on return, with clear documentation and helpful staff. Recommended.

Generally very pleased with car parking. Seemed very secure. Only slight criticism was that we had to wait approx 15 - 20 mins on our return from the airport for the transfer, which wasn't a huge problem, but just felt like a lot longer after a long haul flight.

I would like to mention that on the outward journey your driver helped with the loading and unloading of cases. On the inward journey your driver was very sharp and said he didn't load cases - this meant that when returning to collect my car, it was difficult to get my case off the trailer it was on. I also saw other passengers/customers struggling with this. More help from the driver would have been useful.

I had to wait 30 mins before I was picked up from the bus stop upon arrival back into the UK. To make matters worse, the driver started a conversation with a fried at the Bus stop and delayed us a further 5 mins. Not acceptable - as during that time almost 3 Purple parking & Sixt coaches picked up passengers from the same bus stop. I won't be suing QAP again.

The car park was easy to find, though it might help to have a sign a few yards before the actual turning as the A4 can be a bit busy. Staff were helpful and the whole experience simple and good value. I would definitely use this service again.

The meeting, greeting and transfer were first class, Just what you wat when you are going on holiday. A very efficient, clean and smart car park with friendly and approachable staff.

Great and precise directions supplied on booking. Arrived in rather tight time for a flight from terminal 5 at HTR - the furthest from the parking base as it happens, but a driver was there waiting for me and transport and we were off within minutes, made easy time. On the way back, the driver was at the appointed bus stop a little ahead of me - so again, fine, we had to divert via another terminal but this added little time, so all good. Really this was pretty much convenient as any other parking arrangement I have tried - not quite the on-site valet option, so need just to leave a bit of extra time to get to the terminal, but if that is possible - perfect.

No real comments, I was on time the bus was on time, and surprise surprise both my flights were on time.

We turned the wrong way on the A4 so did find it a little difficult finding it. The sat nav was not that accurate. The only disappointment was that we did find a couple of small scratches on our car.

All you want from airport parking is a secure car park and frequent, rapid transfers to/from the terminal. This had both, plus polite professional staff. Quite impressed.

Modern faclities, conveniently located, efficient service and very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent directions, simple and straight forward procedures, friendly and helpful staff. Just the job.

transfer to the terminal was OK, although I had to wait 10 minutes while teh driver found a working radio. However, the 45 minute wait for a pick was unacceptable. I called as I cleared customs and when I got to the pick up point there were two other sets of customers waiting who had called even earlier than me. When the bus did arrive, the driver was instructed to wait 2 more minutes for another customer. After 10 minutes with no sign of the other passengers we had to persuade the driver to leave and he only did so once he called the office. I do not call this acceptable service

I Made a mistake with dates and times of return which was resolved with no fuss on morning of departure. Arrival and transfer to airport very efficient. Did hang about in terminal slightly too long on return but would certainly use again.

first time i have used this car park. very impressed. would highly recomend.

Excellent all round except for a small delay in pick on the return leg
