I've used Courtlands before so can't be that bad! Generally the transfers are good and reliable. This time however, BA switched our flight to T5 from T1. Courtlands don't have a service, yet, to T5. We were taken to T4 and advised to use the Heathrow Express to T5. My advice is transfer to T3 and it's only one direct stop to T5 via Heathrow Express, from T4 to T5 its two stops and a change. Oh, and the car was incredibly muddy on our return. It wasn't that muddy when we left it! Otherwise, the Courtlands experience was pretty much seamless and hassle free.

Parking at Courtlands made our trip less troublesome than other car parking we have used before, and provided good value for money. Transfers were efficient and the wait for coach collection on our return was under 10 mins - excellent all round service.

Hopefully my experience was a one off, but when I got back from holiday (24th March) and went to pick up my car the battery was dead and my satellite navigation system had been stolen out of the glove box. My car had no signs of being broken into, so I can only assume it was a member of staff who had access to the keys. On the positive side, Courtlands seems to be taking the incident seriously and I am hoping they will compensate me for the theft, but I am still waiting on a response.

I was apprehensive about using this type of parking servise as I had the stories about the staff using your vehicle and clocking up the mileage on your behalf. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the survise. Staff were polite.My vehicle was found as I left it, no damage only 2 miles extra on the clock and nothing stolen from inside. Will definately use again.

We have used Coutlands Parking twice and each time they have been consistent with transfers, collections etc., nothing is too much trouble for them. Each time we have had delays on the return journey resulting in the car staying longer than it should, but Courtlands have not charged any extra. Will definatly use each time we fly out of Heathrow.

Portakabin a little shabby, could do with changing to a real office. Also no ramp access to the office, which if you are a lone traveller is a bit of a problem. Site very close to airpirt though.

Having read other views on the difficulty in finding the car park, we armed ourselves with maps downloaded from Google. In the end, it was very easy to find following instructions and as we arrived early, processing documents and transfer by coach was very quick. Staff were efficient and overall we were very satisfied with service.

As discussed with a member of your staff, my car broke down on the way to your car park which meant I could not park there. I tried to explain and have my money returned to no avail. I shall not use your services again due to the lack of helpfulness of your staff!!!

We chose this service from the internet and did not know what to expect. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and there was a little confusion when we were unable to contact anyone and the office doors were locked. However, this situation was quite quickly remedied and the rest of the service proved to be efficient. The parking facility is close to the airport, keeping transfer time to a minimum, and the drivers were helpful and courteous. Waiting times for collection were minimal. This is an excellent service which provides good value for money and I would certainly use it on my next trip.

On arrival at Heathrow we collected our luggage and passed through customs. Contacted Courtlands as instructed and was told to go to point 18 for collection. We stood directly beneath the 18 sign and waited for the coach. After 30 minutes I recontacted Courtlands to enquire when we would be collected. I was told that a collection had just been made from that point. I pointed out that no collection had been made and that we were immediately beneath the sign. The female receptionist became quite indignant and repeated that a collection had been made. I relalised I was not going to make any progress and asked when the next collection would be made. I was told in 5 minutes or so. Shortly afterwards a coach arrived. I took my cases to the rear of it and had placed one of them in the rear of the coach and was in the process of doing the same with the other before the driver appeared at the rear of the coach to assist. I had arrived at Heathrow from a country where the temperature was in excess of 30 degrees. It was just above freezing at Heathrow. I did not need to be left unnecessarily in the cold nor be treated with distain by the staff. I have had excellent service numerous times from Courtlands staff at Gatwick previously. I will not use Courtlands at Heathrow ever again.

The service provided was 1st class and will use it whenever I use LHR airport. The customer service is the best I have received from any car parking provider in the London area.

Did not find reception very helpful. They kept asking me for a ticket which the transfer driver had taken when he had picked me up from Terminal 4. Subsequently the reception clerk would not give me my car keys back until I produced this ticket - I ended up having to chase their driver to get it back !

This was the smoothest long term car parking experience I have ever had. The car park was easy to find, transfer time was 10 mins. No waiting atall on my return to England. Certainly would use Courlands again.

We found the entrance to the parking difficult to locate in the dark, it would benefit from an illuminated sign on the Bath Road. Once at the establishment the staff were polite and efficient in processing our car, transfer to the airport was good, on our return the transfer arrived in very good time and once again we were processed and set on our homeward journey very quickly. We would most definitely use this company agin and would also recommend it to our friends and family

The staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful, professional and makes you feel homely in their approach. I strongly recommend the service provided as second to none.

The whole experience was better than we thought - admittedly we were there on a quiet Sunday in January but the process was speedy at both ends and probably took no longer than if we had parked on the airport.

We found the directions given by courtlands not the most descriptive or helpful hence it took us 15 minutes to find the carpark once on the right road

Arrived very early morning, Pleasant staff, water & loo's appreciated after journey. Minimal waiting time, very pleasant and curteous staff, helped with the loading & unloading of cases etc. Will definately use again.

I found parking at ease and with peace of mind. With coach service to and from the airport it made it a lot easier.I will definitely use courtlands car park again.
