We managed to find the car park without too much difficutly, but the experience soon went downhill from there. The car park itself is cramped and tatty, with the surface being very uneven and difficult to drive on. However the transfers were the worst part - on the way out, our driver got confused and took us to terminal 1 rather than terminal 4, which meant we took 45 minutes to get from the car park to the airport, which caused us to be late for our flight, and on the way back we were left waiting at the airport for 35 minutes despite being contantly told the bus would be "just another 5 minutes". All in all the place is run by a complete bunch of cowboys. I certainly won't be using them again, and would recommend others to avoid them like the plague.

Cheap and cheerful. The minibuses are a bit rickety but the driver we had back from the airport more than made up for it with a funny and interesting guide to Heathrow and BAA. Unfortunately they hadn't brought our car out for us to leave, but that was sorted out promptly.

Directions to the park were clear and accurate; the staff were polite and friendly. For a stay of two weeks or less I will always use this service. A taxi costs £90 plus tip and the car is probably safer locked in the pound than parked on my drive. It also stops me drinking on the plane, so I feel much better.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Efficient operation, transfer only 10 minutes from Terminal 3. Rapid pick up on return. Would definitely use again.

Very impressed that on our return to Heathrow there was one of their mini buses waiting for us. The driver was most helpful and friendly. Have used Courtlands before this trip and will use them again for future ventures abroad. Thanks.

After picking up our luggage we phoned the telephone number given and were told where to wait and that a bus would be along in 5 minutes. We had to ring 3 times to find out when the bus was going to come. After a very long journey we were not impressd to be kept waiting for nearly 40 minutes for our return transfer to the courtlands car park. Also our car was not ready. To be fair we were about an hour earlier than we had predicted but we feel the car should have been ready.

On arrival it was very difficult to park the car as the carpark was very full but the staff were very helpful and we left immediately for the Airport. On return, after ringing for a coach this came extremely quickly, but again when arriving at the carpark, it was very full and we spent a few minutes trying to locate the car in the dark! Felt this could have been better organised.

Good friendly service overall. On the day I travelled they had some staff shortages and we had about a 20 minute wait to get the shuttle to T4, even then we had to pressure the staff to get us there on the T3 shuttle. Return journey was fine, got picked up within 10 minutes.

Thecar park was located easily just off the M4. The car left with the operatives and booked in quite quickly. The bus to the airport left promptly and arrived at our terminal about 15 minutes later. The driver helped my wife with her case. On our return I called the office and the bus arrived promptly and took us back to the car park straight away. The car was booked out and ready to be collected on our arrival. All in all I was quite happy with the service given the cost and would use this company again.

this car park was fine, and we'd use it again if it continues to compare favourably with the competition. only slight gripe was a 20-minute wait for pick-up from the terminal, despite being told it would take 10 minutes. would prefer them to be honest about how long it'll take so you know you've got time to grab a coffee or go to the toilet before hanging out at the bus stop.

I waited 10 minutes before being taken to Terminal 4 for departure ( not too bad) but 30 minutes and 3 phone calls before I was picked up on Bank Holiday Monday morning ( excuse second time I called was stuck in too much traffic!!) I will not be using this company again.

Arrival transfer to terminal only 3 minute wait, when returning called from terminal and only 10 minute wait. Even got return date wrong by a day and noticed it at drop off, they did an extra day free of charge for me (excellent and I know who I am using next time, COURTLANDS.

I`ve read many reviews before i booked myself, and found them quite acurate. The bad surface of the car park didn`t bother me, and the layer of dust wiped off my windscreen easily. The part I was worried about was the transfers, and inspite of some unlucky customers had waited long, mine was very good.I waited about 3 minutes on departure and the driver was waiting for us on arrival. I was very pleased with the service, it`s brilliant value for money.

All your staff were very helpful but please convey my sincere gratitude, to the driver who met flight BA 503 from Portugal on Friday 20th April 2007 at 2105hrs. His cheerfulness and helpfulness was extremely welcome particulally helping me with my suitcases and also loading them into my car,being disabled this was a great help,thankyou one and all. Having used a number of airport car parks i found Courtlands Heathrow to offer the best value for money. A key part of being a satisfied customer is being shuttled to and from the airport without delay, Courtlands were the best to date, no waiting time at either end. Couple that with courteous staff and it helped make our holiday. Thanks Courtlands, we'd definitely use you again

Great speedy customer services. Extremely close to airport with quick transfers to departure terminals. Value for money, little as £5.50 a day for 14 days plus parking. Highly recommended to others as I have used Courtlands both at Heathrow and Gatwick for the last 4-5 years.

Easy to find and no problem in taking my family and I and 6 large bags of luggage. Less than 10 minutes from the terminal, no queueing to get my keys upon our return and minimal fuss. Cheap, efficient and a service I would use again without hesitation.

When people phone to confirm their arrival back at Heathrow, it would be good if they took the names of those who had phoned. We found when we got back to the bus stop, people who either had not phoned or who had just arrived at bus stop were picked up before us. This is mainly due to the bus stop area being quite long and no orderly queue being formed as many companies use the same bus stop.

Many phone calls had to be made by groups waiting at Heathrow. It seemed that they had difficulty finding the paperwork for us. Coach had insufficient seats for the number of travellers. Security was non existent. No fence or locked yard. It is understood that they will soon take over the Qpark fenced area when they move to an alternative site

This parking facility worked very well for me on a trip over Easter (when other carparks were full) and I would be happy to consider using it again. Heavier traffic might have added substantial time to journey to/from M3 SW compared to other parking areas. I was concerned by the fact that, on my arrival, another customer was being assisted in the completion of an insurance claim form - Personally, I had no problems but my car did become very dirty during its stay.
