Everything went very well. Had to wait a little while for car to be returned mainly as there wasn't a lot of time between retrieving luggage and phoning and then arriving at pick-up point. Tyres smelt so had appeared to have been driven quite fast.

I was really please about the customer service and ponctuality. I was less impressed when I came back with the state of the outsideof my car. It was covered with dust and this just over the weekend. It's a shame because I really think that it's a great value for money heathrow parking.

Driver met us as arranged, car was returned promptly even though we arrived ahead of schedule. The service made this part of our journey very easy and we would recommend.

I used gosimply and got a very good deal on Economy Meet and Greet. The service was provided by Purple Parking. I saved £30 compared to parking the year before when I booked with Purple Parking directly. One thing that needs to be improved is the instructions to the collection area at LHR T5. One has to go through the business parking lanes on the left after coming up the car park ramp in order to reach level 4.

as arranged we called 25 mins before arriving at terminal 5 and then had to wait a further 25mins for the car to be collected also the instructions as to where to wait to meet the valet were too vague and twice we had to call to get instructions for the precise place to wait

The price was really good and the initial instructions were clear. Meet and greet at the departure airport was problematic as it took several calls to get through on the single number provided. There was no indication if the line being busy, leaving one to assume that the sole member of staff was probably off getting a cup of tea. We waited over 15 minutes for the driver to arrive, making it very tight to actually chek in for our flight. However, when the driver arrived he seemed very pleasant, apologising, explaining the form and checking all round the car for any existing problems. Unfortunately on our return it took over 40 minutes for our car to arrive: The driver was very surly... I didn't need to sign anything - he only asked for my name - leaving me feeling that the pick up system seemed quite insecure. The car had obviously been parked under trees, leaving the rear half of a previously very clean and polished Jaguar covered in bird droppings, leaves and tree sap. No apology was offered by Mister Surly Driver, who in fact expressed surprise at my concern for the state of my car. If they could provide a couple of contact numbers (rather than one) and ensure the cleanliness of the car on its return I would probably use them again.

We were recommended by our friends to use Meet & Greet for our recent holiday and we would definitely use it again. The member of staff we had to meet was extremely helpful as we had parked in the wrong place(!) He sorted it all out for us and on return we made a couple of phone calls and our car was waiting in the nearby car park as soon as we had picked our luggage up. Great service and great value!

Phoned 30 mins before pick up time of 05:30 and was asked what time I would arrive. As I was going to be 15 mins early, the driver arrived 10 mins early, very efficient. On my return I phoned from baggage reclaim as instructed and the driver was outside with my car waiting, again very efficient. Excellent value for money, would recommend to all.

Brilliant value for money and it made the start and finish of my holiday really special - no more waiting anxiously for the airport bus and dragging your cases on and off. The drivers arrived as agreed and were both very pleasant. Slight delay on return due to accident on the road but was told about it.

The service was fantastic, we always use Meet & Greet and this was one of the best. They were waiting for us on drop off and our return flight was late. They were in touch with a message left on my voicemail even before we were though customs! I would definately use them again and recommend them to anybody who asks!!

Would use again but disappointed with the condition of the car inside. Mats and leather are all beige and driver must have walked through black mud and then got into car.

The person that returned our car was very late and very rude. On top of that took Customer Services over two months to respond to my complaint which in the end was just a fob off letter of oh very sorry. Good Idea for a Service just do not use Purple Parking as they sub out and you have two companies to deal with and two lots of Terms and Conditions

Only marked punctuality of driver as less positive as we had be wait for the return of our car, but this was due to a fire on one side of the airport which caused traffic problems.

Good value for money, friendly staff, timely drop off and pick up. The only thing that was slightly annoying was that the member of staff that picked the car up refused to check around the car for damage prior to leaving, as it was too dark in the car park. A little worrying that you could come back and a scratch be on the car and you'd have no come back as he refused to sign off the pre-pick up damage report, but otherwise, service was excellent, would definitely use again.

This was the cheapest meet and greet option, however, I will not use them again as the service was not good. The attitude of the driver was very abrupt although he apologised for the delay it wasn't until after I pointed out I'd been waiting 20 minutes, he said 'I had to bring the other car back first'. The carpet on the drivers side was covered in grit when the car was returned. It would be better to pay a little more and receive prompt service.
