I am sorry to be making a complaint I use meet and greet very regularly at Heathrow and have never once been let down. I have used this service twice at Gatwick and on both occasions have been left waiting for half an hour for the car to arrive. The telephone staff not seeming to have good information and not able to help. ie saying driver will be there in 2 minutes and noone arriving. This time I was moved on 3 times by the police making a very stressful arrival to the start of my journey. I doubt very much that this review will be published however I would appreciate your acknowledgement of my complaint

After recieving a phone call from the company stating there were able to honour a 4:30am pick up for an additonal £10 payable to the driver. It was very worrying to find ourselves half an hour away from the Heathrow airport to be told there when phoning with the esitmated arrival time, there was no record and we would have to wait until 5:00am. This resulted in us having to book in seperately so that one of us could stay with the car to enable us to be booked in on time for our 6:00am departure. Needless to say we will no be using again or recommending your company

I would recommend this service most highly. Every part of it was efficient and I was kept fully informed, by 'phone, of anything that was happening, in a courteous and friendly way.

The driver was waiting to collect my car when I arrived at the airport. On my return I got a call before I reached baggage reclaim to tell me my driver was on his way. Very impressed - good value, friendly service. Would use again

A bit late on collection (despite phoning ahead) and car had clearly been parked under a tree while we were away so was covered in leaves, sap, etc. when returned.

Economy Meet and Greet was by far the cheapest valet deal I could find and I wasn't disappointed with the service. We arrived at Heathrow earlier than expected (20 mins) and although told we may have to wait until our planned collection time, the driver arrived only 5 minutes after us. A 10 minute longer wait than expected on our return but traffic seemed particularly heavy on Sunday morning at end of half term. Will definitely use again and would recommend to others.

We had huge problems on the M25 due to an accident. This resulted in us being delayed by approx an hour. Both the driver and the control room were in constant contact with us which put our minds at rest. I would definitely use again. Thankyou

Being a first time user, initially found finding the drop-off point difficult, called the office who put me right. After this hick-up everything went smoothly, will certainly use the service again. Would like ti know if you operate at any other airports( Bristol or Suthampton)?

It would be really good if my car could be there when I get out so I can get home early. It only takes 5 minutes to get out after customs/baggage. I rarely have baggage and normally get through Iris scan quite quickly. Then I have to wait a good while before my car arrives. Also some companies call you half and hour before you are due to arrive to check the time. This one expected me to call and that is difficult if you don't have handsfree and you are on the motorway.

I arrived at Heathrow at 4:40 am having called half an hour prior to arriving as requested, but no traffic meant I was 20 mins earlier than I had expected. On contacting the company I was informed that he person taking the calls was only a security guy and that the drivers did not start until 5am. Good job I didn't need to be there any earlier. On my return I contacted the company in baggage hall and spoke to a very nice lady, however I was kept waiting probably 30 mins before my car arrived, which from memory was a little dirtier than when I had left it. I was travelling on my own , so overall no complaints given these guys are much cheaper. If I had been with my family ring kept waiting would not have been so good.

For the costs we pay - probably the return of the car has to be managed more efficiently & quickly. It is a long wait of 20 mins before you can actually get the car.

Excellent service - no problems with the collection of car and return. Service took all the concerns / worries out of the journey. On my experience would recommend this service to anyone.

Great service and price although a slight misunderstanding between the driver and his office when I arrived back at the airport meant I had to wait a little longer that I would have wished for. However, highly recommend and will certainly use again. Great value.

Meet & greet service made our trip a lot easier, especially as we were traveling with a young child. It was very convenient and worth a relatively small difference in price compared to park & ride. We'll use it again.

Hassle free, on time and lowest price. There's nothing to add to that, it was excellent

You need to post your policy regarding a fee for early-morning pickup on your website. That was a bit disappointing.
