Very simple and clear instructions for dropping off and collecting the car. It could not have been easier. Staff were friendly, polite and courteous, we could not have asked for more. I would definitely use economy meet and greet again and have recommended then to friends and family.

There was no-one at the drop-off point,despite having made my advisory call an hour beforehand, and I had to make additional calls to the office to prompt a driver to appear. For collection, my car was there, but I had to make additional calls to get the driver to appear and return my keys.

We were a little surprised at the cost and wondered if we were missing something! However we found the staff friendly and courteous and the car was waiting for us as we arrived at the car park on our return. It really is excellent value for money. Thank you!! Nick and Daphne Rose

Rang number 30 mins before arrival as instucted, we were early. Driver there by the time we had unloaded car. Rang number whilst waiting for cases to arrive, told to wait at drop off point, would be there in 15 mins and they were.

The outward trip was good, we were met at the airport promptly by a very friendly member of staff, but on our return we rang as soon as we had got our luggage but had to wait 30 minutes for our car to turn up outside terminal 4 so it was not what we would term as meet and greet, as before we had always been met straight away with the car waiting for us!

Excellent service but would b nice if informed where exactly to park rather than just level 4. Follow fast track lane to level 4 row M. Overall good value for money

I paid up front but when my flight was cancelled due to the snow at Heathrow and I cancelled the service in advance, as I needed to rebook from Gatwick, they refused to give me any refund under their terms and conditions which I felt was a little extreme in the circumstances.

What a great service, very prompt with both drop off and return of vehicle at the end of our holiday. Both drivers were very polite (how unusual that is these days!) and in both cases were there to meet us at the arranged time. This service is so much better than dragging cases from the car on to a minibus and dragging them off again at both ends of the journey, our man even had a paid parking ticket ready for us to drive straight out of terminal 3 at Heathrow all after a one hour delayed flight. Thanks very much

Overall good service. The weather did not help during the collection of the vehicle when departing from the airport.

overall booking services were good however when collecting the vehicle we were instructed to the incorrect area and when actually meeting the car park staff they where VERY rude and i quote 'dont know why i bothered coming in to meet people like you' - not quite the welcome home expected or a comparison to other services avalible

why do other companies charge so much more? this has to be the best value meet and greet service around, I believe I would have paid more for normal parking, so how can you go wrong?

Initially our parking time was 18:30 on December 16th the day the snow started to fall. As we had two babies we phoned to change the time to 17:30 which we were told we could do. We set off to Heathrow and when we were 30 minutes from the airport we phoned the number and said we were 30 minutes away. Apparently the system had not been updated and my wife explained how we had changed the booking. The person she spoke to was rude, argumentative, aggressive and unhelpful so I told my wife to ring the original number, and they said there was some system problem or it wasn't updated or something. They agreed it was their fault and we had a driver in 15 minutes who helped us unload 2 babies, 2 buggies and 7 bags, as well as fetch a porter for us. On arrival back the service from the driver who delivered the car was just as good. Just a word of WARNING to others. Take a reading of your mileage before and after you pass your car on, take it with your phone camera if you can (my difference in mileage was only 10 miles so there was no problems) however a guy who had his Discovery dropped off at the same time was abusing the company he went through as they had put 300 miles on his 4*4 (we picked our cars up on 23rd December at the end of the week of the snow).

The meet and greet service is certainly worth doing. After collecting our bags we we're in our car driving home in just a couple of minutes.

The man was waiting to collect the car on arrival as scheduled. Even though we were away for the week with all the snow when Heathrow closed the car was there when we arrived (no delay or problem). This is a seemless, high quality service which I would recommend to anyone. The only thing the could add is a car wash!

Driver was slightly late on arrival but very pleasant and good communication. On return the car didn't start so we had to get picked up and arrange breakdown recovery to start the car as they weren't able to jump it which was an inconvenience but the staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

No problems handling a delayed flight. My car came back switched into in 4wd low range and with the gas tank light flashing and beeping as it had run out of gas. Not a problem, just glad it wasn't the oil light!
