Although the car park is next to a scrap yard and looks rather run down at first sight the service was excellent with quick transfers both ways and friendly, helpful drivers. Easy to find and close to Heathrow. Excellent value.

The facilities are basic but adequate. The service was good and the staff are friendly and efficient. Overall: excellent value. Will use again

The sign advertising UB8 at the actual parking lot could have been bigger/more noticeable. It kind of blends in with the other signs around it.

The service provided by UB8 was fantastic - we drove from Birmingham so you can imagine the long journey that we had, so the fact that the staff were very friendly (even at 2am), the service was quick and efficient was fantastic. The price was very reasonable and we did not feel we were waiting around at all (as we have with other services). Location was great & only 10-15 mons from the terminal. All in all gave us a great service and would most definately use them again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and everything was very efficient. I didn't have to wait long either going or coming. I think it's very good value for money and I will definitely recommend the service to friends and use it again

Carpark a bit hard to find as situated with poor signposting set off road.Carpark looked a bit rough and ready,but staff quickly got us to airport and picked us up quickly coming back without fuss or bother and we had 7 pieces of luggage which was fortunate that we got off bus and almost straight into our car parked up ready for collection.Would definately use again.

Great service, no probs getting to and from the airport.The place looks a bit rough, but what do you want for 50 odd quid for 12 days chrome and servants? the service was exactly what I paid for, no more , no less.

Had never used these car parks before as normal travel on business and therefore they pay, but as it my cash, value for money was a priority. Directions were good, but not perfect (see cons) but got me there first time, was processed within 5 mins and was on my way to the airport, and was there 10 mins later!! Fantastic!! Upon my return called the number given to me once i cleared customs and a minibus was there 10 mins later, got to the car park, pick up keys, car was parked out front, with the windows down as it was a hot day, ready to go, all for £29, can't grumble!! Will be back, very professional and very friendly!!

If I could make a suggestion, please encourage your drivers to have a shower and wash their hair before coming to work. It's so off putting having to be suffocated by the drivers lack of personal hygene.

I found the staff very friendly and efficient. The transfers to and from the airport were prompt. When I got back to the car park, my car was waiting at the gate. - Great Service - I would definately use again.

A great service, from friendly & couteous staff. We were wespecially impressed by the 'on-demand' transfer to & from the airport -very speedy. Don't be put off by the scruffy appearance of he drop-off site!

If you follow their instructions it is not difficult to find. The site may not look great but their service is very good with friendly and helpful staff. Prompt transfer to and from terminal

The car park was loacted next to a tyre changing facility amongst old cars. The site appeared sucure but teh offices where housed in ageing portacabins. THis is not the best looking facility but they took care of the car and picked us up when requested. Good price no frills service - but some newer buses would be a godd idea.

Bus waiting to take us to airport when we arrived, at car park. Bus at airport when we landed. Car waiting at reception when we got back. No problems. Would use them again.

Arrived and was greeted professionally, fantastic receptionist explained everything in a polite prompt way. Was transported immediately to airport and collected without delay. many thanks will definitely book through them in future.

Was a bit worried as car park was next to second hand sales garage for cars on one side, also lease cars on the other side. Not the most salubrious but very helpful service and would use again.

For me the most important factor was that the waiting time was short both for pick up and transfer to the airport. The only thing I will suggest is support and help in loading the luggages into the van. Also for regular travellers to be given a reduced rate

Service was brillent when we booked in our car for April 2008. we left our car for 12 days for a fantastic price. transfer to terminal was fast and security of our car was top notch! We will be booking our car back in for a 7 night slot when we head to Dubai in August. Will recommend to anyone who wants to save on taxi's and use the comfort of their own car!!!

I'd read a few revies before I commited to booking, but to be honest, it's a car park, what can go wrong ? The previous reviewers had told of the slightly less than glamorous entrance, but as I said - it's a car park ! so what ! I have never had such friendly and fast service, both the transfer to the terminal and especially on the return. called the number, walked to bus stop 5 at T3 and they were there in 5 minutes, unlike those passengers at the next stop who were cussing for having waited 25 minutes for their company's bus to get them. The staff and drivers were all extremely friendly and very helpful. Would definitely use UB8 again.

We were transferred to airport as soon as arrived. And only had to wait 3 minutes for the bus on our return at which point the car was all ready for departure. Excellent service. And good value.
