UB8 Parking reviews

Mix-up at airport pick up location, due to extensive re-construction work taking place at LHR Terml. 1. Overall opinion; UB8 car storage area is NOT easy to find; otherwise OK. Keep your mobile phone charged up - you'll need it.

looked kind of shabby on arrival and very basic, but it appears secure and to be honest you only have to drop the keys off and wait for bus to airport. staff were friendly and courteous and transfers were quicka nd painless. only issue was that on the return journey the driver didn't wear his seat belt, neither did he endorse his son to do so when he was in the front!!!

The staff were very helpful. Transfers were prompt. Signs at Heathrow for the bus stops weren't very good but luckily the driver who dropped us off had shown us where to get the return shuttle bus.

The site is a bit scarey, sort of ganster land - the staff are effecient and to the point. Would I use them again - yes.

Their customer service was awful. There was a misunderstanding on our return about whether we had already collected our baggage before calling the company. My husband was subjected to a tirrade of vile and upsetting abuse from the male based in the portakabin where this company operates from. It was a HORRIBLE experience to come home to.

No frills: it is a car park and nothing else (but what more would you want). I have parked there before, however on this return trip, we got back when it was dark and wet and the man who moved the car for us parked it in a puddle. It is very basic (you think you are driving into a scrapyard) but it is convenient and the staff are very friendly and polite

Very comprehensible instructions that were included on the booking voucher. Easy to find, the bus was ready for us when we got to the car park. We did have to go to terminal 3 before getting to our departure at terminal 4 but we had loads of time. We phoned as soon as we got to baggage pickup and by the time we got to the bus stop we only had a 5 minute wait. we think we had good value for money.

The directions to the car park were good but it appeared to have various names apart from UB8. The park was a little rough and dusty but the staff were really helpful and our transfer to the airport was immediate. Coming back, the van took about 45 minutes after my phone call to collect us from terminal 4. I rang them twice but they were reassuring and the driver was pleasant. On arrival at the park, our car was ready at the entrance. I feel that the service was fine for the price.

on return after a long flight it took 50 minutes to be picked up and the staff could not find our booking - not want you need on arrival!

Easy to find although some distance from airport but even so transfers very quick providing it is not rush hour.
