We found that once we had found the car park it was easy to check in and get to the terminal with the cheerful driver and again coming back it was easy as well.

Really good value for money -had no problems with transfer. On our return we rang while picking up our luggage and the guy was waiting for us when we went outside. We were the only ones so had no waiting time!! Would definitely use again.

The woman who we spoke to on the telephone to arrange pick up obviously didn't want to be there and was extreemly curt. Her rudeness was made up for by the other members of staff.

Delivery to Terminal 4 was at breakneck speed. When collected with one hand to change gear, the other holding the phone whilst he chatted to his friend and no hand on the steering wheel, again at breakneck speed. No thanks, never again.

Excellent fast service and transfer on arrival. Pick up on return was prompt. The car was right next to reception ready for a quick departure. Highly recommended and much cheaper than all other competitors.

Good service provided; very easily found with instructions sent, although I think you should clearly make out that it is junction 4 and not 4b as this was the first one we came across so we went the wrong way first of all; other than that everything else was fine. Thank you.

Security and what happended to ny car in my absence was a bit concerning - the car was fine but why had the radio been changed to a different station and had the car been used over the weekend.

Easy place to get to from where I live. Good value for money. Excellent instructions on how to get there. Quick transfer, friendly staff, good pick up from Heathrow on our return. Would definitely recommend to others and would use again.

Actual car park wasn't exactly picturesque, but then I was only leaving the car there. Didn't notice any security cameras (but it was early...) although there were fences and lights, and plenty of staff about. Usual drop off and pick up in minibuses, pick up wait was after about 15 - 20 mins. No problems with car afterwards. On the whole, I'd use UB8 again, good value for money.

On arriving at the UB8 we were forced to stand outside in the damp because all the staff were smoking inside. We were kept waiting for a very long time whilst being subjected to listening to the staff use very offensive language. I will not be using the service again and will pass on my terrible ordeal to friends and family.

Returned from holiday early morning after 12 hour flight to find that UB8 had lost my keys! Not what you would expect from a secure car park!! I would never use them again!

The initial thoughts were of fear as I drove into a pot holed compound next to some dubious looking garages. However, the staff were friendly and efficient, we were dropped off promptly to Terminal 4, picked up within about half an hour of calling, had a mini bus to ourselves each time, and got our car back safely! Therefore - we were very happy as it was half the price of onsite parking!

This is a cheap and cheerful service, and delivery to Heathrow Airport was quick and efficient. My only gripe was having to wait for longer than usual on return. Otherwise good.

When we arrived we did wonder what I had actually booked up, with regard to the state of the grounds and area, and I did wonder about security. But everything was fine, great value for money, we would certainly choose UB8 Heathrow again, provided their prices didn't go up!

I will strongly recommend this parking. It was definitely cheaper, the car was secure. There was no waiting time for transfers. The booking was backed up by the phone call (extra personal care).

Prompt transfers to and from the airport. Polite service. Yard used for carparking was a bit dusty. The appearance when entering was scruffy but was good value for money. Basically no complaints.

The major problem was the 50 minute wait for a transfer back to the car park after we arrived back at Heathrow. We got conflicting reasons for this delay from the driver and staff at the depot, but came to the conclusion with other passengers who had been waiting even longer that they were waiting until they had enough passengers to make up a full van before they did a pick-up. Not very impressed.

Had to wait for bus to take us to airport, as they were short staffed. Were fairly prompt picking us up on return and car was waiting for us with engine running when we returned. Both bus drivers helpful with bags. Driveway to car park is very bad - full of pot holes!!

The service was fast, efficent and friendly. I was met at my car immediately and was taken to reception to be processed. It did not take five minutes. The drivers on both occasions were friendly. I will use their service again. Keep it up.

After reading the press regarding airport parking scam, not impressed on arrival. However, the staff were most helpful. Need to improve the signs and approach.
