The carpark was easy to find.No waiting at all as on both tranfers the busses were ready to go[even at 3.30a.m]so no getting cold etc.The service was excellent and would have no hesitation in using them again.All in all a pleasant experience.

Not the greatest experience if you are travelling from Terminal 5!!!!!!! Transport was adequate and service was slow and not overly timely. I'll try another outfit next time.

Compared with others, the rough ground could be off-putting to some.We had already seen the site, and were happy with the organisation. Transfers and booking in were no problem. Have recommended this site to others and intend to use again in the future.A good price for parking a car.

It was easy to book, and the on-site service very quick. Was I just lucky that I was picked up only minutes after I had telephones on arrival?

No problems with drop off pick up - no wait at all. If I were to be picky I found the pick up wait at the airpot upon return very long. We were told 10-15 mins but waited almost 30 mins. If we'd been advised, we would have waited in the terminal instead of at the cold bus stop!! But I would use this car park again.

When I dropped off my car everything was fine, although the person that was dealing with me wasn't particularly chatty I was given the information I needed and my car was taken. When I landed at 7am I called the company and was told they would be there is 10-15 mins and I hour later they turned up. I was freezing and very unhappy and wanted to get home.

We arrived at 5am on a Monday morning. We went to the reception booth and found it easy enough to sort out our details and arrangments for return. If you dont want to leave your car outdoors then this isnt the place for you. A minibus took us straight to our terminal. On our return I phoned for a transfer after we had got our bags- as per instruction- and was told to wait by bus stop 4 and one would arrive between 5-10 mins. After 10 mins another family arrived. They had a baby and a small child. The temperature was freezing and we had just come from a night flight from the USA. 40 mins later the transfer still had not arrived. Both myself and the lady from the other party had phoned complaining and were rudely spoken to and told that a bus would come in 5 mins! It didnt. We were then told that the transfers had picked up more than anticipated from other terminals so were to full to come for us! I was discusted! They had left us stranded for over 40 mins... not to mention the poor little baby who was cold and tired in the other party. Finally someone arrived and was very rude- didnt apologise or even speak to us on the transfer back and when we went to pick our keys up from the reception we werent given an apology then either! If i wasnt so tired I would have made a complaint there and then but by that time we just wanted to get home. Although this place is cheap.... you definatley get what you pay for and i wouldnt recommend it. I definatley wont be using it again. The hardest thing for us was that we are from up North so had to face a 3 hour drive back after waiting for an hour in the cold for a transfer- never again! Next time i will pay the extra and go elsewhere.

Dispite the 'rough around the edges' appearence, my car was returned exactly as i left it. I was delivered to the airport promptly, and collect, at the pre-arranged point without any hassle, the driver was chatty and pleasent. I certainly recommend them, and use them again.

We were extremely pleased with Economy Parking. It was fantastic value and completely hassle free. Everything went very smoothly. What more could you ask? We will definitely use Economy Parking again.

We were taken promptly to Terminal 3 and collected promptly from Terminal 2. (It is worth knowing that you if you come into Terminal 3 you have to walk to Terminal 2 (about7 minutes). When we used Economy Parking in April for Terminal 4, it was very close and convenient. I would say this is a good car park provided you are not wanting state of the art buses or expect tarmac parking areas. It is very good value.
