The car pasrk was over-booked we were transftered or rather told to go to express car park - everything went well there. If we had not much time before the flight it would be aweful and i can't say the staff were over friedly or helpful

On arrival at the parking facility the car was left for the site personel to park and we were quickly transferred to the terminal. On return a phone call to the car park provided transport within 10 minutes and we were duly taken to the car park where the car had been parked outside the office ready for us to drive away.

Ratings given above apply to the business parking as we were up graded upon arrival at Spout Lane North. The original car parking area left much to be desired and our initial thoughts were not positive at all, however because of our up grade we were happy to leave the car on a proper surfaced car park with lighting and security. We would have been very concerned to leave the car at Spout Lane North parking area as it resembled a junk yard.

East to find, polite staff and quick transfer bit of a walk between terminals on return journey but would definitely use again.

We were transferred to the Terminal 4 business parking as the economy park was full. This proved a big bonus as it was easy to find on the way out and the lighting and facilities were far superior. However even if we had stayed in the economy park the instructions and directions were clear and simple and I would recommend for a cheap and cheerful solution.

Everything was good until had to phone 3 times from airport for return pickup and waited 30 mins +

Parked car and were then taken quickly to the airport. On return to Heathrow, we were collected from the airport within minutes of phoning Economy Parking. Car park surface not perfect - but, other than that, very good value for money

A great value for money facility, good acccess from the M25, the only down side is when you walk from your car to the check in/ transfer bus on a wet day the drop off/collection zone can be a bit messy, but never the less a great service on the three occasions I have used this facility.

i left my car on what can only be called wastland. came back to find flat battery staff no help cost £115 to get going again

Very good value for money. As efficient as any 'off airport' service I have used. Close to terminals, and punctual transfers. Don't expect the Ritz! Plenty of pot holes etc. but price more than compensates!

Car park was full and had to 'dump' car, on return very awkward when I could not find my ticket. Not the best service and quite far from terminal. Not recommended.

The transfer to the airport was fine. On our return we rang up on clearing customs as requested and then made our way from terminal 3 to terminal 2, taking about 10 mins. Later we were told that the shuttle bus came for us and returned to base when we were not at the stop. This meant a half hour wait in the cold for us.

They upgraded me to business parking which was nearer my departure terminal, only took 5 minutes by bus. The staff were friendly and cheerful. I would definitely use again.

I feel that Economy Parking offer a solid budget parking scheme that provides timely access to Heathrow, I was pleased with what I received and would use them again. There are two points that I would like to make. I did not find out that they do not collect from Terminal 3 until the day I parked, I have limited mobility and on my return the walk to terminal 2 was taxing. Point 2 is that the parking surface is very pot-holed and could do with some repair.

Very easy access from M3 and M25, without having to go round the M4. The site itself is a bit of a mud bath to park in, but the transfer to the airport worked well, with little time delay. For arrivals at Terminal 3, you are requested to walk with your luggage to Terminal 2 coach pick-up, which is a good 10 minute walk, but apart from this, the transfer back to the parking lot was quick, where after collecting the car keys I was able to make a quck exit back on to the M25. Overall, good value for money for a 3 week parking term.

A rough surfaced car park down a dead end road. Transfer was prompt with a well used mini bus. On return on a Monday at 6:30am a 15 min wait after a phone call for min bus. Car ready and waiting on return. A cheap and cherrfull car park close to airporrt. Would use again.

good service throughtout but on returning home i noticed a nasty dent and scratch on the bonnet of my car.I know it was not there when i left as all marks had to be stated on a form. I know its my own fault for not checking the car on my arrival back to the carpark. needless to say i am pretty annoyed at the damage and will not use this company again.

Not the most attractive looking car park and the buses are a little past their best, but as this was a budget parking option and provided what we asked for we would recommend it.

it was the cheapest parking company, the facilities were not great the ground is gravelly and can damage the wheels on your suitcase. Also water forms puddles making it muddy. The toilets were not the cleanest and there was an empty water bottle on offer! The staff behind the desk were not very friendly. We rang the coach once we landed and still had to wait a good fifteen-twenty minuets for the bus to take us to our car. However as i said it was one of the cheaper parks so if you would like better facilities and serivce paying more is probably the best option which i will definately consider on my next trip.

easy to find/prompt attention/regular transfers. poor site surface so lots of dirt got into car/water cooler inoperative/we were told that pick-ups could only be made from Terminal 2, so after a 10 hour flight we had to move luggage a long way between Terminals to get picked up.
