This service is the pits. I would strongly recommend paying a few more pounds and getting a decent service. The place is dirty, shabby and insecure and the staff are overtly surly - there was no conversation offered whatsoever by anyone of them - not even a "hello". There was no offer made to help with the luggage at either end. THe "office" stank of cigarette smoke. The minibus was smelly and grotty looking. THe exterior of our car was filthy when we returned. We had just visited New York, where everyone has time for everyone else and there is a complete absence of surliness and resentment. Do not use - there are plenty of other fish to fry, albeit slightly more expensive. It is just a tragedy that such an establishment can exist in Britain.

Excellent and efficient service. Transfer time to Terminal 4 was very good. Our return flight was two hours earlier than arranged and our pick up on Christmas morning at 8am instead of 10am was not an inconvenience. Contacted Economy parking as we left customs and were collected at Bus Stop No 27 shortly after. Would definitely book with them again.

We weren't particularly impressed when we couldn't find the car park to start with --- due to a large lorry stopped in front of the only sign into the carpark! Then on our return, we waited in the cold for about 40 minutes for the courtesy bus, whilst at least two buses came by for most of the other car parks! At least,it wasn't raining! And then the car wasn't where I was told it was! But at least it lived up to its name Economy Parking.

Dear Economy Parking - the CUSTOMER IS KING. A real shame - great location for those coming up from the south on the M25/A3/M3 etc. No probs on outward flight. HOWEVER, the staff seem to miss the customer service point. We called after coming through customs as per note given. We told them we were in Terminal 3. We were told to walk to terminal 2. I'm not sure the nice people at Economy parking have walked this on a busy Sunday afternoon. It took at least 10 mins to do this, which was fine. However the person 'waiting' for us clearly wanted to get back to his tea as when we came out at T2, walked the length of the bus stops to the end, the van was nowhere to be seen. Perhaps we walked quickly, we thought. A quick ring to the nice people in the office would clear this up. To say the woman was curt would be kind to her. We were told the person had waited 'a long time' for us and we should have hurried up. No apology, no politeness. Any chance we could get another pick up? suppose so. 25 minutes later we were picked up by another rude and discourteous member of staff. On return to the car park no apology was given. Welcome back to GREAT Britain.

Albeit not the fault of Economy Parking but BAA have forbidden them to pick up outside terminal 3 thus you have to walk thru the tunnel and up and down ramps to terminal 2 to get picked up. With lots of heavy luggage this is no fun at the end of a transatlantic flight.

On arival the paperwork was completed quickly and the transfer coach was ready to go almost immediately. on return the coach was already waiting for us when we had cleared customs. the only bad point was the office area was rather dingy and shabby and the car park area itself was rather muddy with large potholes/puddles.

From the quick and simple on-line booking,the close proximity of the car park to the terminal, and the easy to follow directions given, I found no problem getting to the parking. The 5 - 10 minute to and from the airport was efficient, and I felt that my car was in safe hands from the moment I handed over the keys to the attendant. A good service, well worth the money(which was one of the most competitive prices i could find on the internet.

Rang as told when clearing customs and then walked from Term 3 to 2 for collection, which took another 10 minutes and then had to wait a further 35 minutes to be collected as driver was dropping other people of at other terminals apparently?? Standing in freezing cold for 35 minutes after a 13hour flight from HK is not ideal!

The car park is very conviently located to Terminal 4, and the transfer time is short. Staff at the car park and on the bus are very unhelpful and will allow passengers to struggle with very heavy bags. The frequency of the service betwwen terminals and the car park can be slow. On our return journey we waited for over 20 mins at Terminal 3 before the driver left.

We did not actually park at the Economy parking site. Instead we were directed to the business Park & Fly compound right opposite the airport. We were concerned at having to move but the latter site was much better than the Economy Parking site, which was on waste ground and very dusty with dubious security. Overall a good experience

Found the experience very good, no waiting for coaches either end and fast drop off and collection of car. Location between M25 and Heathrow great for us and means we can avoid M4 / A4, hopefully you will be well placed for new terminal too. Car park surface messy around entrance and office - rain filled pot holes. Overall excellent though. Thanks.

the coach (if you can call it that) which took us to the terminal was a disgrace, the noises coming from underneath made me feel we wouldnt make it with the wheels intact, beyond that the seats in the coach were sodden wet, I moved seat several times hoping to find a dry one but to no avail, arriving at the airport with wet clothing proceeding a 14 hour flight was not my idea of a good start!!!

It was an easy to book process over the internet. It all worked extremely well - although it could be improved with a fully stocked office (receipts etc). Lighting was OK although it was quite hard to see the location in the dark. Drop off an pick up worked well.

The drop off was alright. But the pick was really really bad. I had to wait more that 50 mins in the cold to be picked up. Everytime you called them, the answer was the vehicle left 20 mins ago .... not going to use this company again. It was not only me but another couple at Terminal 2 had the same answer. Not recommended.

unsurfaced parking area with large potholes which caused my car to ground several times. tatty buses for transfer, long wait upon return for bus to arrive with surly driver who did not offer to help with the luggage & indeed did not speak at all on the journey & again at arrival st the parking area got out of the bus & left us to struggle would not use this particular company again

When we came back off holiday of 18 days the car would not start,we would have thought that if it was standing for that length of time, it could a least been started once a week to check the battery was OK. The car is not old so we were suprised when it did not start, there was little or not help to get it started, my husband did it himself in the end

We were left at Terminal 4 for nearly an hour! Promised a pick up 5 mins after phoning, just did not happen. 2nd phone call after 50 minutes produced a pick up. On duty female said that driver had been past and not seen us. Difficult at that exposed location! Will use again but expect better service next time!

Booked economy cars for 5:30am and as soon as we arrived there was a van waiting to transfer us to the airport. On arrival we rand and after collecting bags etc the van was again awaiting us.. The drivers were'nt very talkative and simple yes no answers but we dont really care too much when the core job is being done well

A very efficient and good value car park which is ideal for people arriving from the South of England. The transfers were extremely efficient and the drivers very friendly, courteous and helpful. It was a pleasure to use this car parking service which we have no hesitation in highly rercommending.

As we were flying from terminal 4, when we arrived at Heathrow Economy Parking we were told we needed to drive to another one. It happened to be the Business Parking very close to the terminal which was an excellent result for us. So can't comment really on the Economy Parking service.
