Due to my wife taking ill in Argentina we had to delay our return flight. Upon notifying Economy Car parking of the delay they were very kind and accommodating, and merely charged at the same daily rate. The car was still accessible when I arrived back without warning.

On arrival there was a staff shortage with 2 employees trying hard but overwhelmed by work. One of 2 minibuses would not start. The driver of the other one came back from previous trip and walked off. There was no information given. Eventually the guy who was parking cars drove the minibus. It took more than 75 minutes to get to our terminal; we were lucky to catch our flight. The trip back was uneventful, but it had not helped our holiday wondering what chaos we might have been coming back to. I will never use them again.

I was kept waiting for oover 45 minutes in spite of calls to be picked up. They only have 3 tranfer buses now instead of 4 and one broke down ( or I was told ran out of fuel!!!) so I had to take a taxi and have now tried to claim back my £22.00 from the company. In the past this was an excellent car park, but it is understaffed and they do not hve enough vehicles. Cars usually get dirty here,and they used to have an excellent valet service. BUT it is still cheap.....

The locaton was particularly good for me coming from the west to Heathrow. Using the inner ring road provided a very quick and easy tansfer to the terminals. Collection from Terminal 3 would have been nice, instead of having to walk from terminal 2 to 3.

On our way to the air port the mini bus was dirty. When we got back we had to walk from terminal 3 to two which is quite a walk with all the bags. When we got back to the car park ( which was just a muddy yard) The car was dirty on the out side from all the dust from the yard. The inside of the car was muddy due the people getting in the car with muddy boots and when we got the car home and cleaned it there was scratces on the side. we will never use them agian and advise everyone else not to. pay a bit extra for a better service

At this price you can ignore the cons - best value car park with good access to M25. The only annoyance was having to walk from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2 on my return but I guess that's more to do with the building work going on than any fault of the car park.

Sitting in transfer bus for 15 minutes without any other passengers joining whilst driver / dispatcher talked Waited 50 minutes for pick up from airport dispite repeated phone calls where we were told 'things that may not have been totally true' could have been the perfect service, won't be using them ever again

Place is well signed and fairly convenient to the airport. Car parking area is rough but having used the place 3 times so far I have found the staff to be polite, bus availability is variable (depends on your luck, but I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes). Overall excellent value for money at LHR.

You get what you pay for here. I use it becuase it fits my price bracket and is convenient for where I live to the west of Heathrow. If you are comfortable with basic facilities and allow yourself plenty of time to check in then this service is just fine.

Outbound Transfer to airport: Driver pulled up outside reception, didn't tell customers which terminals he was going to. When everybody was on bus he decided he wasn't going to Terminal 4, consequently some passengers had to get themselves & luggage off again. Not happy! Driver drove like bit of a lunatic. When pulled up outside terminal driver did not tell anybody which terminal we were at; customers had to ask him before getting off. Inbound transfer to car park: Different driver, good service / experience. Reception Staff: Helpfull with good service both ends of trip.

We had been given a number when we left in haste for the airport, but I had not taken it in, and on our return there was nothing in our documentation as to where we could get the bus back. When we finally returned to the airport we were told there was a telephone at BusStop 27. Making the telephone it kept cutting out. We had to return again with all our lugage. This was a lot of hastle on our arrival, tired and weary from a long drive in the mountains. I had one other grievance and I would not have mentioned it but for the hastle over the bus stop. We had just bought our car the day before we came to the airport, and it had a bad smell of dogs, so we had sprayed it twice and left an airfreshner in the car, for while we were at the airport. This had been removed. I realise that this is just a small petty detail, but as the odour in the car was affecting our stomachs we were a little disappointed. I do not wish this to be one long complaint, because the speed at which we were ferried to and from the airport once we had made contact we were happy about.

This car park is located next to a concrete works and there is dust every where. All the cars parked at this car park get covered in a thick layer of dust. As to it being a secure car park I would like to see their definition of secure. They hold the keys in a cupboard which is in a portacabin that any child could break into or open. The main gates are hanging off and entry to the car park is via a road that is in need of extensive repair and after a period of rain a large pool of water collects at the entrance. The mini buses that take you to and from the airport have seen better days and if you were not careful you could trip over the flooring as it is coming away from the floor. In summary a very bad experience, a very tired looking car park and your car will need a valet when you return.

The directions to the site were spot on and it was very close to the M25 junction. Transfer to T4 was quick although the mini bus had seen better days. On return we phoned once through customs and were told that the bus had already left to pick someone else up, once we reached the designated bus stop we only had a 2 minute wait I think this was more down to luck though. Our car was waiting for us once back at the car park, although now a bit dustier and dirtier. This will not put us off parking here next time we travel from Heathrow. Overall a very good service at a very good price.

On returning for our holiday, we phoned the car park to arrange pick up. we waited over 45 minutes until we were eventually collected, after 3 phonecalls. The minibus that we were transported in was in bad condition and the driving slighlty frightening! The staff were not very apologetic, although friendly but I will not be using the company again

Had to lug cases from terminal three to terminal two so courtesy bus could collect us, not sure why as were dropped at terminal 3 going outbound. I questioned this on our return landing and was told to go to terminal two pick up point. Service was very impersonal.

Excellent. I use this company everytime I fly from Heathrow (about 3 times a year). Coming from the South of England, it is enroute to the airport, and very easy to find. On arrival, a shuttle bus was ready to take us to the airport, and when we returned from holiday, we had a very short wait for the shuttle bus to take us back to the car park. Staff pleasant and helpful. It is one of the cheapest car parking services, and excellent value for money. I reccomend it to all my friends. Will definately be using again.

We got lost getting to the destination due to signs not showing where you were, also other travellers thought the same and got lost too. The outward journey to the airport was bad as the driver did not offer in getting out of his seat to pick up the cases into the van, we were also driven extremely eratically to the airport and not once did the driver say anything to us. It does not cost anything for manners.

We could not find the car park. Never saw a single sign for the road it was on, or economy parking. Was very disappointed and ended up paying to go in the long stay car park and nearly missing our flight. Even tried to multi map it when I got home and couldn't find directions to it. No staff at heathrow could tell us where it was either. Will not use again, and will advise others not to use it or this site. Was a total waste of money.

Car park had loads of potholes. On my return it had rained hard,so trying to dodge the now rain filled potholes was a task in itself! Also, I was travelling alone and was offered no help by the mini bus driver with my suitcase. I suppose that's why its called Economy Parking.

On the return journey the 'tranfer driver' did not lift a finger to help with putting our luggage in & taking it out of the coach. He saw that we were struggeling with it and we are elderly people. When we got baack to collect our car it was blocked by a car. The staff in reception were more interested in their chat than customer care. Overall: you get what you pay for - cheap service.
