10-15mins on website was 20mins, although to be fair I was told when we arrived at car park. Facilities poor condition, again I dont mind if infrastructure works and is much cheaper. Although close to airport as crow flies, long drive to T1 Filthy mud and puddles on floor where car was parked. Mud on carpet of car. Should use stones in car park to keep ground clean or paper mats in cars I won't use again.

Virtually every time I have used the service, I have had to wait too long for Terminal collection - this time it was 20 mins. On that basis it is not really worth the price difference.

Site is very good if coming from the South West. Arrived Monday at 4:30am. Site was opened and manned, but had to wait around 25mins for bus. Returned on a Friday to T3 at 5:30pm. Had to wait 35mins for bus, but terminal traffic was bad. Car was conveniently parked, and get away was quick.

The directions sent with the ticket are not clear. We had time to retrace our steps, but both arrival and above all departure needed clearer info and a bit of siggnage.

after a long haul flight we arrived at 0600hrs shattered and were very happy to have a shuttle bus ready agfter a quick call. good efficeant service though would have liked to of been picked up from T3 instead we had a 10min walk to T2 but will use economy again

There was no problem with this service, which was good value for the money and efficient in booking in the car. The delay in the transfer bus from the airport to the car park was acceptable and we were quickly back on the road.

the bus was ready and waiting when we got there took 2mins to check in then we were off. when returning called when collected our baggage and bus was there within 10mins very pleased with the service would definately use again on my next holiday

I am unable to leave a review as when we arrived we were asked if we minded parking at the T4 business "Park and Fly" instead, which we did, as it is much closer to T4 and usually much more expensive but we were "upgraded" for the price I had paid

This is a value service so don't expect anything flash. They took me to the terminal ounctually and I hardly had any wait on my return. However dragging my case in the dark through deep puddles in the only partly made up car park isn't the best end to the trip.

this was the first time i used this parking facility. it was very close to the airport and the transfer facilities were good. my concern was with the safety of the vehicles. the parking area did not look upto the standards against their charges, but i hope the management will improve asap. overall, i have no major complaints about this experience. i did not expect much and therefore was not disappointed. you should try yourself if you want to find the true experience.

The whole experience was very efficient - despite an 18hr flight delay the transport arrived within a few mins and we incurred no extra parking charge.

Only two courtesy buses in operation both with small capacity and very little luggage storage. I had to wait for the third bus on the return transfer (only 2 buses in operation. Not sure that the saving in cost was worth the wait.

long walk to bus stop terminal 2 on return journey,because they dont pick up at terminal 3,very lazy bus driver watching me load and off load bags for family off four, then cant find my car for half an hour.

Quick Drop and pick up - arranged within 5 to 15 minutes. Though the van used could have been of a better quality. Car park is very conveniently located for M25, M4 & M40. Good service overall - used them over one of the most busy times - the Christmas /New Year holidays. Value for Money!

Car park was easy to find. I was a little concerned by the appearance of the place, it looked like I was entering a quarry. The parking was efficient, only a couple of minutes checking in and out, this was mid week though (boxing day). I would probably use the service again.

The car park is very easy to find. The transfer were also very quick and they didn't make you hang around waiting for more passengers. Bus doors are very small, i just about managed to get my suitcase through the door and drivers could be a bit more helpful.

Apart from the 25 minute wait for a terminal pickup, the staff were very ambiguous and disinterested in locating my parked car; cheap and near to airport - but at this level of service, not worth it.

This car park was run efficiently with only short waiting times for the airport shuttle in both directions; particularly important after a long flight or when travelling with children. The directions were easy to follow and it cost about £45 for a week - good value for money. There are also toilet facilities in the office which again may prove very handy for some! We would certainly use this car park again.

Wouldn't use this again. Grotty place; grotty service and had to wait a long while for bus to collect us on return. Didn't inspire confidence. The office gave our car keys to someone else; they were totally disorganised; appeared to be some 'back street' operation; not professional.

We found the carpark quite easily and it was near Terminal 4. The surface was rutted and muddy but the staff reasonably efficient. The vans were very old and little help was offered with the cases. Did not have to wait too long to be collected from the Terminal on return.
