If you don't mind roughing it a bit this is probably the cheapest off airport parking at LHR. The parking space is full of pot holes which fill with rain water. However for the price we paid it was good value for money.

Nothing further to add to this summary. Very convenient for us living in South West but problem with return bus caused us much anger as my husband is lame and the signs from the concourse at T3 suddenly lose mention of T2 but the ramps and corridors were a nightmare for us. We travel to USA often to our daughter but we will have to find a different way.

Economy Parking Office - A Portacabin, Car Parking Surface - Uneven, Potholed Gravel, dirty & dusty. Return transport- non existant. I rang the contact number given to us to inform them that we had arrived at Heathrow (6 times in an half an hour) - nobody answered the phone. Had to use a taxi to get back to the depot, cost £15. I expressed my anger and disappointment and ask to be re-imbursed the £15 to the receptionist in their office and was treated with complete indifference, to the point that he pretented not to understand what I was saying.

The car park looks bad but the staff and help is great. I had no trouble. You should give yourself time as it is away from the airport. Over all I would use again.

Transfer buses are old and sad but do have seatbelts. Drop off wasn't a problem but it wasn't until we got to the car park that we were told that on our return we would have to walk from T3 to T2 to be picked. To add insult to injury, once we had been picked up they did a drop off at T3, where we had just come from! The driver didn't even bother to get out of his seat and help with our cases (we also had 2 small children in tow). Very easy to find from the motorway but it's just a piece of wasteground where they happen to park cars - very basic. If you want cheap, this is it but don't expect anything more.

The above survey answers apply to the Business Parking area because there was 'a problem' with the economy parking area when we arrived. However, the delay in finding this Business park could have been inconvenient if we had been short of time.

At first glance I was more than a little concerned at the overall look of the place. Leaving my vehicle and car keys there caused me some concern as I would be away for a full month. However, Upon my return my car ,although very dirty and covered in dust had come to no harm and had no additional mileage added to it!The parking surface is very poor( hence the covering of dust), and as long as you dont mind that awful trolley push from terminal 3 to terminal 2 bus stop its not a bad deal.

I arrived and the desk staff were very good. I did have to wait about 10 minutes for the driver to take me to Terminal 3, as he was having a short break. Coming back I had to walk the seemingly endless route from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2, but the bus was there waiting for me. We waited about 10 minutes for another traveller, who didn't turn up. my car had been parked right next to the office on my return and my car keys were ready for me.

Don't expect asphalt, flood lights or high tech. The car park is what it implies, cheap and functional. Don't be put off by the gravel on the floor of the car park or it's surroundings. I have used the park a number of times and found the service reliable, friendly and reasonably efficient. The transfer coach could be updated, but it has arrived on time every time I havwe returned from abroad (you have to telephone the car park to tell them you are waiting to be collected). The downside is that your car may be a little 'dusty' on your return, but probably no more than any other car park. The upside is that the cost is at least half that of other car parks in the area. Be aware, the car park coach does not collect from Terminal 3, but will drop you of there.

The facilities don't look good, poor parking surface, cars crammed tightly together and the carpark doesn't show obvious signs of good security. The staff were polite and helpfull on the outgoing part of my trip however on my return it took me 15 minutes to get a reply to my phone call in order to be picked up. When i did get through I was told the bus would be there shortly but even this took longer than i felt it should have been considering the proximity of the carpark to Heathrow's Terminals.

The parking site resembles a building site, dusty and untidy. Although one of the cheapest, I do not think it is worth the saving.

Return disgraceful. Waited 40 minutes, called twice. Eventually van arrived. No apology or explanation given. Then disgruntled driver drove deliberately and unnecessarily very slowly (35 mph) three times up and down a 50 mph dual carriageway before finally "discovering" correct exit to car park. On return when challenged by office staff about his prolonged absence, declared he was "fed up and going home". His behaviour added an hour to our return journey.

Had problem at 2:00 AM the doors were locked and we had no number to ring. Only number we had was for office hours only. After sounding my horn for long time some sleepy guy came out. The 24 hour contaxct number of the site should be given with the booking. Reast was OK.

Returning to Heathrow and finding one has to pay for the phone call to summon transport to the car park is a big disadvantage as change is not readily available and o a free call should be offered. Also the lack of collection from Term 3 is a disadvantage as my wife needed a wheel chair having suffered a stroke whilst we were abroad.

I used this car park recently. First, when I arrived there with my wife and 2 young children, I had to park my car aside away from the shuttle bus and take all luggage from the car through the dusty and muddy land and load them into the bus. Then the receptionist was saying I booked the wrong dates simply because she didn't know that day's date. There was little to no help from staff in arranging the luggage properly in the bus. Same happened on arrival when I had to go from T3 to T2. they said the shuttle would come in 10 minutes and it arrived after 30 minutes. I have used Purple Parking in the past but chose that one this time because it was a little bit cheaper. But now I know where to go next time.

Pretty scruffy, cheap and not particularly cheerful, but cheap. No transfer to terminal three, a considerable delay as the van was called back to pick up another passenger who, like us had to make his way from terminal 3.

I arrived at the car park which is very close to Terminal 5 to find that they did not serve T5 Agreed this was in the small print but I came to the site on line when specifying T5 and foolishly imagined that as T5 had only recently opened it was an omission! They said it was not possible to walk or get a taxi and suggested that I go to Pink Elephant parking which was a considerable distance away. This I did and had to pay over twice the price, therefore it appears good value for the other terminals. I got a refund minus admin charge of £7.50
