Easy to find, car dropped off, quick transfer to Heathrow. It was 6.00am so I didnt mind the driver finishing his cup of tea first, I would prob do same at that time of day. All good so far I thought. Coming back a totally different matter. Rang them after getting through customs, as they insist, for my pick up outside Terminal 2. This call was made at 9.30am. Waited, nothing, 2 more calls in the meantime to them, greeted in a foreign accent 'driver will be there shortly'. Bullshit. I got picked up at 11.10am and others were waiting also.Driver was miserable, opened only 1 of the 2 back doors of the bus for people to put their luggage in, and offered no assistance, said nothing. Obviously not looking for an kind of tip. Probably cause it was raining. Offered no apology either for being so late. Got back to Car Park, Car filthy. Cheap and nasty wont be using again.

I have used this car park on several occasions and at different times of the day - my latest experience was good, which was reassuring, but there have been two trips when i've had to wait over 30 minutes for a return bus from the airport terminal. This service must not deteriorate.

We were very disappointed to come home after 10 days and find our car looking like it had never been cleaned. In fact it was covered in builders' dust and muck, presumably blown from the huge piles of materials stored nearby for the Terminal 5 development. We had to take the car to be valeted on the way home as we could hardly see out of the windows and it was too dirty to even touch. We have used this car park many times in the past but won't be rushing to use it again in the foreseeable future or at the very least until after the terminal 5 building work has been completed.

Car obsolutely filthy on our return with a thick layer of dirt over the entire body work and bird excrement on windscreen and bonet. Closed between 1.00 to 4.00 press bell and you get no response until 4.00. This is fine but you must advise your customers in advance.

Everying went well. Staff helpful and we didn't have to wait too long for our transfer out. However, on returning - the last flight in at LHR - it was dark and we were very tired. We telephoned to say we had arrived but had an awful time finding the transport pick-up point which was extremely badly signposted and down a dark walkway. This was mentioned to a member of the team when we eventually found the transport which was fortunately still waiting for us.

Customer service is non existent, and it feels like you are driving into a quarry but my car was safe (if absolutely covered in dust) and the bus picked us up promptly on our return. Allow plenty of time on arrival and if you fly from T3 be aware that they have no pcik up on your return. You have to make your way to T2.

If you sign up with this car park with no great expectations, all goes comparatively well. The transfers were reasonably prompt, the car was retrieved undamaged and the price charged was pretty good value. However there are earthworks in very close proximity to the car park and there was so much dust on the car that it looked as if it had been driven through a desert. What I found somewhat irritating, having returned from 'friendly Vancouver', was the casual and off-hand attitude of the counter staff who seem more preoccupied with amusing each other than attending to their customers. The management need to get a grip on this.

We did not like the long walk form Terminal 3 to bus stop number 8 at Terminal 2. We were travelling with an infant and after doing 20-odd hours flying, all we wanted to do was get on the bus and retrieve our car. Having said that, the bus arrived fairly promptly and the change-over went quite smoothly. Location to Heathrow was as good as any and I would consider using them again.

When I arrived I was told that the car park was full and that I had been upgraded but that I had to travel to another car park. Whilst I had been upgraded to a car park much closer to the airport, I was only told this when I arrived. I was very short of time and was concerned about how long it would take me to reach the car park and sort it out. I was getting very close to my flight time. I do appreciate that I actually was given much better parking facilities, but when you are on a tight time schedule, it is disconcerting to be told on arrival that you cannot book your car in. I must say however, that I did find the alternative car park quite easily and that it was a very smooth journey to and from the airport. All in all, I have to say that although I would have liked advance notice of the change, I did find the alternative parking suitable.

Picked economy parking because its easy to get to and the price was cheaper than others. However the carpark has a stoney surface and is next to a working gravel pit,on return my car was covered in dust.Staff were neither friendly or unfriendly and transfers 30mins on way to airport 20mins on way back[early hours of morning]. Minibuses had seen better days.

Cheap carpark and quite close to heathrow. Dusty uneven parking and crowded. Not many buses running and we had to walk from T3 to T2 to get bus on our return. Main complaint was additional charge of £10 on our return for extra day of parking, despite the fact that we had changed our booking to include the extra day and had been advised of no extra charge.

This airport parking was booked as it was close to the airport and cheap. We did not experience and probelms on arrival or departure, the mini buses could do with being updated. We had to ring the bell on arrival, which gave me the impression that it was a seruce car park

We had a very unfortunate experience at this car park - we arrived at the designated time to park, waited in a queue of cars outside the entrance to the car park for approximately 15 mins and were then told that the car park was overbooked ( we had booked 4-5 weeks ahead ). The good news they told us was that they were sendind us to their sister car park which was for business travellers and was closer to the airport. Off we went with our map and found this park, parked and waited for the transfer bus. When the bus stopped at Terminal 4, we were told that we would have to get off as it only served Terminal 4 ( this we were not informed of at the 1st car park.) When we asked how we would get to Termal 1, the driver told us to go down stairs and take the Heathrow Express to Terminal 1. As you can imagine, we were getting short on time, but had, thankfully allowed ourselves sufficient time for check-in & security. I ahve a bad hip and my husband refused to get us off the bus so after lenghty discussions with his superior by phone, the driver agreed to drop us at our Terminal. However, on our return, they refused to pick us up from Terminal 1 and we had to take our luggage all the way to the Heathrow Express, along long corridors which did not facilitate trolleys. On arrival at Terminal 4, we then had to ring the Business Car Park to collect us by bus to take us to our car. All in all, the whole process took 1 hour & 45 minutes. To summarise, I would most definitely not use this particular company again as it was shoddy and unco-operative.

Poor facilities (muddy gravel drop-off with tatty handwritten signs). On return waited over 50 minutes for shuttle bus - given several lame reasons for delay - shuttle bus was old, sounded like the rear axle was about to fall off - other customers grumbling

The car park was easy to find and in a convenient location to the M4 and M25. I was impressed that the car was inspected for sctatches, dents etc before we left - protection for both parties. The transfer into the terminal was quick and the bus was waiting for us at terminal 2 on our return. We were on the motorway home within 1 hour of landing!

Arrived alone in darkness at 3.30 a.m. to find locked gates. Found night bell and summoned a sleepy and not very happy guy, though he did at least offer to get bus to take me before 4.00 a.m. to terminal. Car park little more than a rough yard. Presume security is OK there, but car was completely filthy when I picked it up. Would not recommend for lone females, particularly travelling out of daylight hours.

We phones after collecting baggage and were told 15 mins for collection at T2. It turned out to be about 55 mins from the first call. I called them three times and was told 10 mins each time..... To add insult when we got to the car park there were four buses with drivers on site and not one lifted a finger to asist with luggage and the place was like a dust pit... I would not reccomend them at all.

I have already emailed my extreme displeasure with the fiasco that happened on my return to Heathrow. To cut a very long story short, I was told to find a non-existent bus stop, and made to feel like an idiot because I couldn't find it. The company were not aware of the changes to the bus stop, and I spent a very long, fruitless search for it, not knowing it had been taken out of service that morning. Even when I phoned and said I couldn't find it, I was assured that it was there, and that I was at fault. I had just had a flight from Taiwan, was exhausted, and to have to trudge around for over an hour was something I did not need, I have asked for some sort of refund, but haven't heard anything yet. I also would like to say that the crappy old bus they use is awful, and I will NOT be using their service ever again.

When we arrived we were told that they were full but they gave us directions and conformation to park in the park and fly car park at no extra cost, this is even closer to T4 and mini buses are always dropping off and picking up. I can not fault them and will certainly use them again for Heathrow Airport, an excellent service.
