Car park is very good within reach of M25 and Airport. Entrance procedures seem to last ages as well as waiting for the transfer both to and from the airport.Calculate 30 min waiting time each plus transfer time. The facilities would benefit from a modernisation.

Outward: The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, not offering to assist people with bags, even elderly customers. Transfer was a slow experience as they held the minibus for numerous people who kept arriving. Total transfer time from car park to Terminal 3 was nearly 50 minutes. However, the return pick up was quicker and the car was waiting for us. The return crew were friendlier. Overall opinion: you get what you pay for and it was cheap!

because we went for the cheapest option we thought we might experience problems ie keys lost,car damage. But to our surprise service was excellent,no waiting around for transfers,and having kids with us we needed a smooth running process which is exactly what we received.i would recommend it and use this service next time.

The car park is not the easiest to find, and the directions and road signs don't help. Drop off at airport was delayed slightly more than i would have liked. Collection was great... bus was waiting. Car was dusty on colection due to the surface in the car park... but still cheaper to park the car here and get a wash n wax afterwards than to park anywhere else around H'row

Check in quick. Time/Bus to terminal ok. Parking area leaves car dusty. Good M25 access location for West side of airport. One problem -drop of at term 3 but no pick up from term 3 leaves very long walk to term 2 pick up point. Overall still good value

Nice Minibus took us quickly to airport terminal, we had arrived at car park just as bus was ready to go so just handed keys in at reception and off we went. Coming back after a 8 hour journey we had to walk a fair distance to another terminal for the pick up but bus arrived almost straight away. Car was filthy when we picked it up apart from the windsceen which could be seen through, this is probably due to the location of the car park next to a piece of land which had lorries coming and going all the time.

Site is very convenient if coming from south/south east and in my experience the collection to/from terminal was efficient. The parking facilities were not ideal as most of the parking surface area is on stone chippings. i would therefore think twice if I had a new/high value car. The area was consequently very dusty and on return the car was covered in a film of dust. The offices are porto cabins and these together with the mini buses were also dusty and could be improved with regular cleaning. The personnel seemed to be poorley managed with individuals appearing initially unresponsive to customers. On returning car was found to have a flat battery ?? Whilst staff assisted in powering up the battery, again they appeared to do this without urgency and it was necessary to pursue ther attention to the problem (too interested in personal mobile phones etc).

Econmy Parking provided a cheap efficient service. Its easy to get to from the West and the directions given are excellent. As noted elsewhere, the carpark is next to a ?quarry? so the car ends up a little dusty - but as it arrived that way deliberately there was no problem. Will definitely use them again.

This carpark, while not the most orderly or paved, was sufficient for our needs. Although we had to ring from the Arrivals to have the bus pick us up, we hardly waited at all, and the transfer time was relatively short as it is much nearer the airport than some long-term carparks. The long walk to Terminal 2 from 3 is a pain, but that is only temporary, and not the fault of the parking company.

Place was easy to find and only just off the M25 motorway. Had about 10 minutes waiting time for coach to the airport. Nice short trip of about 5 minutes. Only had to wait about 5 minutes for return trip back to the parking place. Depositing and collecting car were very quick and easy. Minibus driver never helped me or my girlfriend with carrying our cases on or taking our cases off the bus. My car was pretty dirty/dusty when I collected it. Generally though it was a satisfactory service and I would use it again especially for it's proximity to the airport and the motorway turnoff.

Transfer to the Terminal on our outward journey was very quickly arranged; the minibus ride was about 10 minutes to Terminal 2. Don't expect a posh looking car park - it's just an area of rough ground next to a quarry - but our car was just fine for the week we left it, so security is obviously OK. On the return journey, we phoned as instructed once we'd got out of Terminal 2, and were told the minibus would be 20 minutes - and exactly 20 minutes later, it arrived. We'd read here about the dust from the quarry, so we left a bottle of water in the boot to clean the windows, and used this before we set off back home. Staff very friendly and accommodating - I'd recommend this car park to anyone.

A back to basics parking facility, well run, and it did what said on the tin. Apart from a Sterling Moss driver racing to the terminal in the courtesy bus, transfers were good, so all in all, if they put up some better road signage for those of us driving without a navigator to read the directions, this would be a very good operation at a good price.

First time used and would definitely use again! Easy to get to from M25: we arrived, left the car and were immediately taken to T3. Upon our return, rang the number given once through Customs and by the time we'd walked from T3 to T2 (due to work going on) the driver was waiting. All very slick. Car was a bit dirty but still cheaper than the other car parks which looked over-busy.

We called you to be picked up when we landed at terminal 3 and were told to walk to terminal 2 which took us a long time (15mins to walk there) with all our luggage. We waited 20 mins then called again as noone came to pick us up and I was told that the bus had already left and you assumed we were on there! You told us you would send another- we then waited a further 20mins when no bus arrived we called again and were told you would send one. It finally arrived after a further 10 mins. After waiting in the cold for an hour we got back to our car to find it absolutely covered in dust. The receptionist apologised for the delay and said that a bus had broken down. (Why were we not called when this happened - you have my contact number on the booking!) One of your staff (the driver who picked us up)made up for the bad experience by offering to hose down our car as we could not see through the windscreen to drive. He was also helpful with the cases. I dont know his name but he was black with a local accent and he was very friendly and helpful. If we ever fly from Heathrow again we will use a different company.

I picked the site because I thought it was near to Terminal 1 but it was further away than I'd realised. If you add the cost of a car wash which you'll probably need after parking it might be worth considering a slightly more expensive site away from the dust! Advised 10 to 15 mins pick-up, actually 35 mins. We didn't wait at all to be taken to the terminal though, the bus was ready for us.

Despite booking only 6 hours before they did not have space for my car. The staff were unapologetic and just gave us a voucher directing us to another carpark. Very glad we didn't leave the car there, did not look secure. Certainly would not be happy to leave my keys with them!

Staff were very helpful and efficient. We were taken to the terminal soon after arriving at the car parking company and arrived in good time to catch our flight. Upon returning to Heathrow airport, we contacted Economy and were told we would be collected within the next 20 minutes. True to their word, 20 mins later they arrived at the terminal and drove us to collect our car. Very happy with the service recieved and would use again.

Neighbouring facility is crushing what is probably spoil from terminal 5. The dust settled on my car and others leaving it filthy. No actual damage but it nevertheless caused me to do an extra clean of my car. I would suggest the site jets down any affected vehicles whilst this takes place. Otherwise I was very happy with the service and cost.

Two out of three transfer vehicles broken down -45 minute delay for transfer bus to arrive - nearly missed flight Not much better on the way back - 35 minute wait for bus despite being told 10-15 minutes Car park is scuffy and run down Vehicles old - the one we went in looked like an old ambulance

Indifferent attitude displayed at all times, plus I received no assistance with luggage. I am 73 years of age & was left to struggle loading my large suitcase, hand luggage etc. on to & off the shuttle vehicle, whilst the driver remained passively in his seat staring out of the windscreen. This happened on the day of my departure & my return. Upon collection at LHR the vehicle moved off before I had a chance to take my seat, almost throwing me to the floor. I would never use this firm again nor recommend it to anyone else.
